VOLTEKS TEKSTİL is acting as a  traditional family company.

The Director Volkan Gürel, born in Germany, is sucessfully running the textile business since 1972. Moreover he is head of the weaving factory in Bursa.

Volteks is manufacturer as well as exporter in the core business for Gents Shirts which contains the so called „full“ and „cmt“  line.

Due to the global market and the tough competition Volteks  offers a so called vertical set up.Thıs enables complete steps which are necessary for a shirt production = Spinning/Dying/Weaving/Fİnishing/Ready made shirt/.Qualitycontrol/. This facility avoids problems with subcontractors as all operations are produced/delivered/controlled by Volteks under one roof.

A further remarkable factor for excellent selling fıgures results out of the moderate minimum quantities 350 up to 400 pieces per design variant. Thus the stores show a huge variety of shirts without repeats.

Besides the quatities the „short lead times“ also give most advantage. Volteks is able to deliver ready made shirts (incl. weaving) within 4-6 weeks depending on qualities.

The weaving factory guarantees revolving new collections every 2 months ( so called  monthly programs).

The main fabric qualities for shirts are

100% Cotton or CVC popelıne / solid/yarndyed checks ad stripes   /  Roller-Discharge-Digital Prints—    Linen and Linelook in solid/yarndyed checks and stripes  --- Flanell Melange

All in flat weave- dobby/faconee-jacquard

The concept is based on short deliveries and is favorable for FLASH/SPOT programs, which meet the actual trend and requirements of end consumers. Advertisements with necessary photosamples in original can be furnished safe in advance  prior  to  final deliveries.
